TROUBLESHOOTING
Step 1: Remove the battery cover as well as the batteries on the spa then using a Q-tip and some rubbing alcohol go ahead and clean the battery compartment.
Step 2: Grab tweezers and gently pull the two battery prongs closer towards the center.
Step 3: Replace the batteries with new ones.
Step 4: Turn the machine on and see if the issue persists.
