There are two types of Brand Affiliate accounts, Personal Accounts and Business Entities. Most of our Brand Affiliates have personal accounts. To remove an individual who is currently listed as an associate (spouse) on a personal account an Amended Brand Affiliate Agreement (US/CA). completed and signed by the person who will be remaining on the account, is required. We also require a signed termination letter from the associate being removed.
If the account in question is a Business Entity, we will also require a completed Business Entity Form (US/CA) signed by the primary and all remaining associates.
This process is handled by our Brand Affiliate Support team. They can inform you if anything else is necessary to complete the process.
