To terminate your Brand Affiliate or Brand Representative Nu Skin account completely, please send a signed letter stating you would like to terminate your account to our Brand Affiliate Support department. Your request will need to include your Nu Skin ID, request of termination, and signature. (Please be aware, if your account has been inactive for 12 months, it will automatically be terminated.)
You may return this document to Brand Affiliate Support via any of the following methods:
