Only Brand Affiliates may order outside their country of sign-up. In order to place an order in a different country, you must have a shipping address inside that country.
To change markets, click on the drop-down arrow found in the upper left-hand corner of the page.
Then select another region from the drop-down menu. Once you select the new country, you can then place orders normally in that market.
