Nu Skin reserves the right to determine eligibility for the refund based upon compliance with these guidelines and use of the products as directed. Extreme changes in diet or lifestyle may be determined to interfere with product efficacy and could negate the guarantee.
• Nu Skin reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds based on the return policy.
• Nu Skin reserves the right to back out or withhold commissions for violation of Nu Skin policy or manipulation of any guarantee to obtain refunds improperly.
• The guarantee can only be redeemed once per product per Brand Affiliate account or customer ID.
• If the refund is approved, the specified device must be returned to Nu Skin before receipt of refund.
If you used any of the Nu Skin devices and meet the above criteria and you have failed to notice an improvement in your skin’s appearance after 90 days, please submit your before and after pictures, proof of purchase, and the Guarantee Refund Request Form for a total refund of the Nu Skin device that you used (90 day supply, less shipping costs).
