Why didn't my commission get transferred to my Bank Account?

All Brand Affiliates are able to receive payments on earned commission bonuses. For information on how to earn commission bonuses, please see Velocity. The following information is not applicable to Members and Customers

There are many reasons why commissions may not have been deposited in a Brand Affiliate's bank account. The most common reasons are listed below:

  • You may not have yet set up your Direct Deposit account.
  • Your earnings may not have reached the minimum check amount threshold (USD $10, CAD $15). If this is the case, you can still manually initiate the transfer.
  • Timing - Nu Skin initiates automatic deposits free of charge on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd of each month. Once the transfer is initiated, your bank's processing times may vary (generally 1 to 3 business days) for when the commissions will be available to you.
