How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, there is a 15 minute cancellation window from the time the order is placed. To cancel your order, simply follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to Order History

2. Locate the order you'd like to cancel.

3. Select "Order Details" for the order you'd like to cancel.

4. Select "Cancel Order."

Please be aware that if the "Cancel Order" button doesn't appear next to the Order Total, the order can no longer be cancelled. We are committed to getting product to you as swiftly as possible, so the order may have already shipped when you call in.
