Connie Tang joined Nu Skin as executive vice president and chief global growth & customer experience officer in April 2021. Throughout her career, Connie has established herself as a top business leader by focusing on the needs of the customer first, driving transformative digital customer experiences and leading global growth and expansion. She has extensive experience in both beauty and direct selling, including serving as president and CEO of Princess House, president of the U.S. division of JAFRA Cosmetics, vice president of special markets at BeautiControl and board positions at several other companies.
She is a strong advocate for initiatives in diversity, equity and inclusion and has served as an inspiration to many women around the world, mentoring women at all professional levels. She was named one of the Top 50 Asian Americans in Business by the Asian American Business Development Center and is a five-time recipient of the Top 100 Women-led Businesses in Massachusetts as well as a four-time honoree as one of The Most Influential Women in Direct Sales by Direct Selling News. Connie was born in Hong Kong, raised in New York City, and is fluent in Cantonese, Spanish and English.
Connie holds a bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College. She enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with their dogs. She loves Broadway musicals and is a huge Star Trek and Marvel fan, along with anything related to super-hero movies.
Vice President of Marketing and Operations, Americas
Greg joined Nu Skin in 1989. He started taking phone orders for the company and later became and Account Manager. He has served in various roles over the years including: Director of Web Services, Director of US Marketing, Vice President of Sales for Nu Skin Taiwan, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Nu Skin China. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations from Brigham Young University, and his MBA from Rutgers University. He currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Operations for the Americas Region and has been in this position since 2007.
General Manager, United States & Canada
Justin is the General Manager for the United States and brings more than 21 years of experience in the beauty and direct selling industries. He brings an expertise in overseeing customer-obsessed programs that deliver rapid business growth in dynamic environments.
With an understanding of our vision to build the world’s leading opportunity platform, Justin’s focus is to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to accelerate customer growth while identifying and supporting the needs our sales leaders.
Justin has a Bachelor of Science in International Studies and Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. When he’s not in the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his family. He loves the outdoors and watching and playing sports with his five kids.
