How do I change the shipping address on my subscription?

Changes can be made to your subscription shipping address online by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to by selecting Sign Up/Sign In in the top right corner of the page. Then enter your login information and hit enter.

    Select Sign In then enter your log in credentials

  2. Click on the person silhouette  next to your name. This is located in the top-right corner of the page. Then select Subscription Manage from the drop down menu.

  3. Once you are in Subscription Manage, scroll down to the Shipping section and select Edit.Find the Shipping section, select Edit

  4. Use the following functions as needed.
    1. If the address you want to ship to is already saved to your account, Select Ship To This Address under the correct address.
    2.To enter an address that is not saved on your account, select New Address, then enter the information as prompted.
    3. The lower area is made up of three sections. Frequency: either monthly (automatically shipping every month) or bi-monthly (automatically shipping every other month). Process Date: which day you would like your subscription to automatically process each month. Ship Method: the shipping time frame you would like for each subscription shipment. When done, select Save Changes
